For the house you should know:

1. The air conditioners do not work when the balcony doors are open.
2. The property is insured for civil liability
3. There is (unnecessary) a fire extinguisher in the hallway
4. If you have children with you, always keep them under your constant supervision
5. If you have pets with you, you should also take care that they do not damage the furniture and the property
6. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast or main meal.
7. In the refrigerator for your welcome you will find wine, jam from our fruit production made with love by the owner.
8. The oil is extra virgin organic from our olive trees.
